I’ve never participated in a webinar before; what do I do? 

A webinar is a real-time, online course. The only thing you’ll need is your computer, headphones and a comfortable chair. Once registered, you’ll receive instructions of how to login to the course and be given a number for a phone line to call into to listen and ask questions.

We’ll be using Cisco’s, WebEx platform for this conference.

What if I register and am unable to attend? 

This course will be recorded and will be sent to you in the event you’re unable to attend.

What is the refund policy?
