We were thrilled to work with Bill Scott of Skydive Monroe who was one of our earliest clients. A personal friend for many years, Bill approached us needing some help on a new website. It took some convincing, but we pushed him to allow us to create a new logo that was more modern than his original. The new design set the tone for a vibrant website that was consistent with his established colors.
Skydive Monroe was the first website in our portfolio where we allowed the imagery to speak for itself. More visuals and less text. The client has utilized the CMS to easily change out home page imagery and continually update news and events.
The colors of this logo followed the paint schemes found in the hangar at the dropzone. We elected to create this design without a literal rendering of someone under parachute, as the words 'Skydive Monroe' would clearly showcase the 'what' of the business. We aimed to create a design that was energetic, polished and represented professionalism.
